On a clay-limestone slope above the salt flats of coastal Languedoc, Chateau La Negly makes expressive, characterful whites from Mediterranean grape varieties. Brise Marine is a blend of Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Rolle; think mango, peach and almond, with the salty finish promised by the name. Great with tuna tartare. (NT 23/09/24)
