2022 Bodegas Vinatigo Marmajuelo (Tenerife)

An indigenous variety from the Canary Islands, own-rooted and small-production, only about 8000 bottles produced. Zesty and aromatic, with a pear-drop note from cold fermentation and a stony finish typical of wines from volcanic soils, with a hint of mango and kiwi fruit. An excellent choice for delicate fish dishes. (JH 26/10/2023)
