65% Syrah, 30% Carignan, 5% Grenache Noir Delicious, sweetly ripe fruit with nods to both Burgundy and the northern Rhone as well as speaking directly to its Catalan origins. This is a truly delicious medium bodied red that is versatile with food and brilliant on its own. Long finish rounds off the pure fruit flavours and the texture is satin. (CW 06/02/15)
