Savoury cranberry, steeped damson, dried cherries and raisins, a hint of dates - very complex, and only a glimmer of Pinot Noir character in the aromas. The palate is quite delicately sweet, well balanced by the savoury red fruit and ripe tannin. A unique experience, not comparable to other sweet red wines, well worth exploring. (JH 05/11/2023)
