The NV Extra Brut Cuvee Corallian Classic, a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier, is based 86% on the 2021 vintage and spent 17 months on lees. The nose bursts with green apple peel, freshly cut apple core, mossy freshness and a hint of oatmeal. The palate is vivid with fine, creamy, lively mousse and youthful verve that feels almost rustic. This full-fruited, individual wine will benefit from a little more bottle age. Disgorged: January 2024. 91 points
