N.V. Scarpa Vermouth di Torino Bianco 17%

Have you ever had a Negroni Bianco? Thought not. This is an ideal summer alternative ingredient, making an equally aromatic but fresher version of the classic. You could also try a Brooklyn or a Chrysanthemum as well, of course as a traditional Martini or Gibson. Made with 30% Moscato wine for extra aromatic hit, this is aromatised with local piedmontese herbs and quinine as well as angostura. (CW 23/09/19)
