This is great gin, both for Martinis and the G&T. It has pure and clean flavours and the smoothest texture and mouthfeel I`ve ever experienced on a spirit. Superb. and without resorting to novelty ingredients or shipping it to Iceland and back. The Hayman family has been responsible for the recipes of some of England’s best known gins over the generations. They continue to make high quality spirits with little fuss in east London, remaining true to their Victorian roots. (CW 25/09/17)
