2025 Vassaltis Assyrtiko Santorini

Pronounced, peachy aromas, stonefruit with a twist of citrus in the background. The palate is delightful, a saline note adding interest to the fruit (which is more citrussy than on the aromas), almost reminscent of a margarita! Lovely texture on the palate too, an exceptional Assyrtiko. (JH 25/06/2026)
