The 2025 Riesling Niederhauser Hermannshohle Auslese once again trembles with that stony lemon note. That insistent, unmistakable nobility. The palate is a picture of lemon, tenderly sweet and zesty, concentrated but far from unctuous, vibrant with freshness, without obvious botrytis notes, clear-cut and presenting yet another image of lemon and stone. The stony straightness is striking. Purity and stone ring and ring. (Medium) 97 points
