Neal Martin
The 2024 Meursault-Blagny 1er Cru has a pretty nose with just a hint of menthol in the background. Quite intense for a Blagny. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, complemented by a prickle of spice towards the finish. I appreciate the fluidity of this Meursault and it should age well in bottle. 90-92 points

Pale lemon in colour. A slightly more chiselled nose than the village Meursault, yet clearly ripe. Fullish white fruit, concentrated apples and a pear or two, well-constructed with a long finish. 91-93 points
