The 2023 Chablis Les Clos Clos des Hospices has a well-defined bouquet, a little more pixelation compared to the regular cuvée, certainly more focused and tensile. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry, but less than the regular cuvee. Bright and spicy with a lively, almost peppery/leesy finish. Excellent. 92-94 points
