The NV Extra Brut Sous Bois (base 2019) offers a striking mix of freshness, vibrancy and ripeness. While the 2018 is a soloist, the 2019 is very much an orchestra, a Champagne of layers, dimension and character. Lemon confit, chalk, mint and white pepper are some of the many notes that open with a bit of time in the glass. Dosage is 4.4 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2025. 95 points
