70% Garganega, 30% Trebbiano di Soave (Verdicchio)
12-15 months on the lees in glass-lined concrete tanks
Mineral and lifted aromas, not at all fruity, flinty and precise. The palate carries the same lean character, with a hint of reduction, delicate stone-fruit and dried herbs. Refreshing, more-ish. (JH 10/07/2025)

Walter Speller
Subtle nose that takes its time to open up. Yellow fruits with hints of chamomile. Cool white-fruit palate that still needs time to fully open up. Linear acidity. Super-focused and with peach-stone notes on the finish. 17++ points
