Beeswax and cinnamon aromas, broad and complex, with red apple fruit beneath. The palate is textured, waxy, green apple and cinnamon. Quite unlike any Sauvignon Blanc one might encounter elsewhere, but perhaps the Obeidi (a grape native to Lebanon) is playing a major role there! Fun and fascinating. (JH 25/06/2026)
