The 2022 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese *** (Golden Capsule) is concentrated yet very clear and fine on the nose that intermingles finely flinty slate with delicate lemon aromas. Round and refined on the palate, with crystalline acidity, this is a sweet but savory and balanced, highly refined and nevertheless textural and persistently saline Auslese with great finesse and elegance. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 from AP 28 23. Drink 2030 - 2070. 98 points
