Les Vignes d`a Cote
Mandarin and apricot, honeysuckle and peach, this is a little richer than Cuilleron’s Viognier – but it still has a little of the latter’s bitter almond finish. The creaminess across the mid-palate comes from malolactic fermentation. A weighty, scented white made to go with tagine, and it would work well with a broader variety of North African dishes.
