The 2021 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru shows a little more reduction on the nose compared to other cuvées but a pleasant flintiness develops with time. The palate is well balanced with a cohesive entry, fine weight although it doesn`t quite deliver the same precision as the Mont de Milieu at the moment. Fine. 89-91 points
