Waxy apples, cooked in butter, with a hint of nail-varnish; the palate is relatively sedate, with nutty peach and red apple, loads of complexity from ageing on the lees. Lifted and soft on the finish, much more mellow than the wild aromas might suggest! A really fun, engaging wine from a highly regarded biodynamic estate. (JH 31/08/2023)
