Secondary Description
Dark in colour and intensely red-fruited, this is a forceful, powerful Champagne. Strawberry bubblegum, a hint of grilled meat and orange zest, complex and layered and very vinous, but also quite soft and elegant. Very impressive, very rewarding to drink. (JH 20/10/2023)
