A Blanc-de-Blancs where the Chardonnay comes through wonderfully - you can really taste the wine through the fizz. Zesty and toasty, with rich depth and almond notes countered by relatively low dosage. Classy stuff from top Champagne terroir. 3-4g/l dosage. (NR 24/07/2025)
