...a fine introduction to this range. Medium in body and quite gracious, the tasty NV Brut Reserve offers up hints of dried pear, spice, dried flowers, kirsch and chamomile. This is a big step up from what was the norm here a few years ago. This release is based on 2019, with 38% reserve wines going back to 2006. A touch of wood-fermentation (8%) works well here. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. 90 points
