The Cuvee de Reserve (base 2021) is soft, open-knit and very easy to drink. Pear, green apple and floral top notes all grace the palate. This is a very tasty 2021-base NV Champagne, not to mention a fine introduction to the range. Disgorged: October 2025. 89 points
