If you want to drink this over one session then I recommend decanting. If, however you tend to drink a bottle over two or three nights then you will see the wine change from slightly reductive to open and floral. Made from 100% Syrah at decent altitude - averaging 500 metres above Perpignan - this comes from a mixture of older and younger vines grown with either guyot or gobelet training systems. It is refreshing and very digestible, with a natural freshness and is a complete wine. (CW 22/03/21)
