The 2025 L`Esprit de Chevalier Blanc is impressive on the nose for a Deuxieme Vin, with engaging green apple, kiwi, pear drop and light stony scents that are very well defined. The palate is well balanced, with fine acidity, lovely texture, the 30% Semillon imparting weight and umami towards the peppery finish. Not immensely long, but this is very satisfying. 91-93 points
