Juicy, poised, pumice stone minerarlity, the acidity here is nervous and full of lift, great expansion through the palate, wild asparagus, and elderflower, super enjoyable. Yield 32 hl/ha. 20% new oak. 94 points

The 2025 Latour-Martillac Blanc plays with a light reduction on the nose, quite mineral, with touches of sea spray coming through with time. The palate is well balanced and cohesive, with fine acidity, one of the most complex whites from this Pessac-Léognan estate that I have encountered, and it lingers on the saline finish. Bravo. 93-95 points
