Clear grip as with the Puygueraud, plenty of tension but the flesh of the Sémillon helps to bring out the exotic fruit character, and this is excellent quality. Sublte toasted oak, cold ash, grilled pineapple, white peach and pear, stone fruits, tingly minerality, a mouthwatering finish with balance. 3pH. Harvest August 26 to September 3.
