The crop consists of 2 x 500- and one x 300-litre barrels. Mid lemon yellow. The bouquet has its Chevalier nobility. Ripe lemon skins here. This is tougher and tighter in structure, with more muscle than En Remilly, perhaps some wood tannins. More backward certainly. At the moment I prefer En Remilly, but… 92-96 points
