Yohan Castaing
This estate always produces fleshy and textural white wines. The 2022 Bouscaut Blanc reveals aromas of white fruit, lime blossom and spring flowers with elegant exotic accents. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and seamless, it’s generous and fresh with a mineral-driven finish. A great effort, it’s a blend of 70% Sauvignon and 30% Sémillon. 90-92 points
