Pale lemon and lime. Quite a lean almost crystalline nose from this uphill site. Very pure, white fruit with an apple note at the back, a velvety touch with enough flesh to cover the bone structure, a little bit of sandalwood from the oak, and a good long finish. 90-91 points
Neal Martin
The 2022 Saint-Aubin Sur Gamay 1er Cru has a very attractive bouquet with hints of praline infusing the citrus fruit, the 20% new oak neatly integrated. The palate is well-balanced with a fine line of acidity, very edgy in a good way, brimming with energy on the linear finish with a spicy aftertaste. Excellent. 91-93 points

Bright and charming, the 2022 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Sur Gamay exhibits aromas of pear, minty stone fruit, white flowers and nuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless palate. 90 points
