The 2021 Riesling Urziger Wurzgarten Kabinett White Capsule opens with a touch of lemon zest. The palate adds a riper notion of peach and some gentle savoriness that tingles on the tongue alongside the bright lemon freshness. Wonderful lightness and clarity combine into an extended, lemony finish. Absolutely refreshing and long. 92 points

The 2021 Riesling Urziger Wurzgarten Kabinett (White Capsule) opens with white peach aromas intermingled with slate and saline notes on the pure, fresh and attractive nose. On the palate, this is a lush and elegant but not very substantial Kabinett that reveals fine tannins and serious grip, but then there is a lack of substance and length. It`s an authentic Kabinett. 10.5% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in May 2023. 88 points
