More elegant than the 2019, with less grip from the skin-contact, with complex flavours (derived more from the natural fermentation than from the fruit), bracing salinity and an impressive structure for the medium term. A lovely wine, which will pair well with fish dishes and cheeses in particular, but is perhaps most ideal as a wine of contemplation, enjoyed on its own to best appreciate the nuances of flavour.
