2020 Daniel Ramos Zerberos Viento Zephyros

Muscular, herbal, savoury orange wine; 100% Albillo Real from two vineyards in the Zebreros region west of Madrid. 72 hours on the skins, 8 months in old 225l oak barrels. Pithy and oxidative, immensely characterful. The vineyards are in the teeth of the wind; the label is achieved by suspending a paintbrush over a canvas and allowing the wind to dictate where the paint lands as the brush swirls about.
