The golden-yellow-colored 2019 Ürziger Würzgarten Auslese *** (Golden Capsule) is highly refined and perfectly precise on the nose that has slate and herbal notes as well as very fine Riesling aromas. Lush and generous on the sweet and concentrated palate yet super fine and with stimulating grip, this is an utterly refined and salivating Auslese with an enormously long, complex and stimulating grippy and salty finish. Gorgeous and mouth-titillating. Tasted in May 2021. 98+ points
