William Kelley
Sumptous and expressive, the 2019 Beaune 1er Cru Les Champs-Pimont delivers generous aromas of raspberries, woodsmoke, spices and plums. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and charming, its refined tannins are entirely cloaked in succulent fruit. One of the last wines in the cellar to finish its malolactic fermentation, this cuvee was much easier to read in November than September. 91-93 points
