2019 Cyprien Arlaud Hautes Cotes de Nuits

Wild, brambly aromas, slightly feral, with blackberry and black cherry mingled with the medley of red fruit. The palate is silky and generous, quite rewarding and juicy, with just the faintest whisper of Brettanomyces adding a note of farmyard complexity. Fun, and very fine at the price. (JH 17/08/23)
