The 2018 Hado is a village red from Laguardia, produced with Tempranillo grapes from a number of vineyards, a total of 23 plots planted with vines ranging between 20 and 50 years of age on limestone and clay soils at least 600 meters in altitude. It fermented in stainless steel by soil with indigenous yeasts, with malolactic in those same vats, and it matured in French barriques for 12 months. It has a very strong note of iron and blood, with a lovely mixture of austerity and rusticity that gives it a strong character. The nose shows the character of the vintage and is a preview of what you are going to find in the mouth: freshness, chalky minerality and fine tannins, with the wine talking about the soil and not the grapes. 100,000 bottles produced. 92 points
