The river valleys and fjords of Galicia`s Rias Baixas are home to what is considered Spain`s most distinguished dry white wine, Albarino. At the Palacio de Fefinanes they have been making wine since the 17th century, so they`ve had more time than most to refine the technique. Quince and greengage aromas in a fight to the death.
