The 2017 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley) is plump, racy and forward, with plenty of Russian River exuberance, but also the classiness that is such a signature of Akiko Freeman`s wines. The Sonoma Coast Pinot is a blend of fruit from KR (formerly) and Gloria, which is the estate. Sweet red cherry, citrus peel and floral overtones grace the finish. 93 points
