Cask sample. 30 hl/ha. Biodynamic. Floral, lime juice, steel and lovely honeyed notes. Rounded and waxy on the palate, and the acid doesn’t seem as searing as Riesling can be. Has the weight of Alsace. Finishes with a long, saline persistence. Fulsome yet refined. 17.5 points
