Dried leaves, forest floor, subtle spice and savoury red fruit on the aromas. Something a bit like old floorboards and cherry jam... The palate is bright and structured, with crunchy red cherry and raspberry flavours. Dusty spice returns on the finish, along with a hint of cherry liqueur; this is drinking very well at nearly 10 years of age, with upside for the future. (JH 17/08/23)
