Antonio Galloni
The NV Brut Cuvée Rubis, based on 2022, is fabulous. Rich and textured in feel, the Cuvée Rubis is so expressive. Kirsch, cranberry, white pepper, mint and chalk fill out the layers. More than anything else, I admire the wine`s textural presence. This is a fine edition of the Cuvée Rubis. It`s delicate but also has the seriousness to be quite versatile at the dinner table. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2024. 92 points
