Very pure nose. Benchmark Sercial. Dry, refined, piercing but not screeching. It may have 46 grams of residual sugar, but it tastes more like seven. Long yuzu flavours – lemon with an orange cast, orange blossom in the mouth, citrus leaf. So linear and yet there is a stringed instrument width to it. Firm, dramatic flourish on the finish. 17 points
