Jane Anson
Pale gold colour, delicate, good scrape and lift, this is enjoyable and with plenty, tasty white, lovely slim, not hugely on brand for Bouscaut, and. yet this has salinity and grip, good quality 40% new oak. 39 hl/ha Owners Lurton-Cogombles family. Consultant Thomas Duclos. 92 points

The 2024 Bouscaut Blanc is an exotic dry white that carries the signatures of a harvest that was pushed as late as possible. Tangerine peel, passion fruit, mint, pineapple and a touch of new French oak build nicely. There`s fine depth and plenty of potential here. Tasted two times. 90-92 points

The 2024 Bouscaut Blanc has quite a primal nose with Granny Smith, pear and light petrichor scents gaining vigor nicely with aeration. The palate is fresh on the entry with attractive apricot notes, a keen line of acidity and a harmonious, more persistent finish than many others. Well crafted and satisfying, this would be an assiduous choice if you intend on buying primeur. 90-92 points
