Neal Martin
The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin En Pallud has quite a ripe and assertive bouquet that blossoms in the glass. This has a little more exoticism and power compared to other cuvées. It has just a slight touch of overripeness. The palate is relatively richer and, again, powerful, countered by the fine bead of acidity with a sweet and slightly figgy finish. If you seek more hedonism in your Gevrey then this is the place to go. 88-90 points

A fully crimson ruby. Full sturdy red fruit on nose and palate, fills the mouth very well, with some tannins behind. A sturdy lower slope Gevrey which will age well. 89-92 points
