Antonio Galloni
The 2023 Pinot Noir Yu-ki Estate is a very pretty, delicate wine made from a blend of seven clones across the property. Understated and soft-spoken, the 2023 is super elegant right out of the gate. Blue-toned fruit, lavender, mint and dried flowers are very nicely lifted. Fine, silky tannins pull it all together on the delicate finish. 94 points

The 2023 Pinot Noir Yu-ki Estate is elegant and high-toned, with a modest 12.3% alcohol and pure flavors. The nose unfolds dramatically: blueberry and rhubarb give way to wafts of rose petals, Morello mushrooms and foresty undertones. The light-bodied palate features waves of crunchy fruit framed by elegant, chalky tannins. It’s balanced by vibrant acidity and has a long, floral finish. It should be long lived in the cellar. 92+ points
