Antonio Galloni
The 2023 Pinot Noir Akiko`s Cuvee is a selection of the best barrels in the cellar. Exotic spice overtones meld into a core of sweet red cherry fruit, incense, rose petal and blood orange. Savory overtones develop with a bit of time in the glass. This delicate, ethereal Pinot is impeccable in its balance. It`s all class here. 95 points
Erin Brooks
Matured in around 25% new oak, the 2023 Pinot Noir Akiko`s Cuvee unfurls slowly on the nose to reveal raspberry, blackberry, mixed tea leaves, forest floor and soaring floral perfume. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with layered, crunchy flavors, and its new oak is very well integrated. It’s structured by elegant, chalky tannins and vibrant acidity and has a long, perfumed finish. 94 points
