Dark robe; the nose is ripe, rounded, has assured depth, lines up mulberry, loganberry, a hint of violet, is thorough and lingering. The palate is well juiced in an open debut, holds well on mid-palate, bears coating of content, thick and well embedded tannins, hints of mineral.
