This is just from one hectare of vines on pink granite, which creates a wine of sinew and introspection. This is even more concentrated than the Vieilles Vignes, and has a compelling twist of Nori seaweed umami and bitterness on the finish. Absolutely a wine for food, and also capable of fascinating complexity. Drink 2025-2038 90-92 points
