2022 Bodegas Vinatigo Negramoll (Tenerife)

Classically volcanic, with zesty red fruit and a subtle smoky, savoury character - very delicate, drink this on its own or with savoury snacks, as the joyful red-fruit character is easily overpowered... cranberry, subtly herbal palate, with a hint of smoke. Delicious, with a Campari-like bitterness on the finish which makes it all the more appealing. (JH 30/05/2024)
