The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Les Rouges 1er Cru has a perfumed bouquet with dried rose petal infused red fruit, well defined like the Les Chaumes. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannins, lively and tensile very edgy with blood orange notes towards the finish. Don`t under-estimate this Vosne-Romanée. 92-94 points

A pretty mid purple with a pinkish touch. Lightly perfumed, little red fruits. Elegant and quite nuanced. A touch of menthol in this, less volume than the Chaumes, some redcurrant notes in the fruit. Not the density of some but certainly the persistence. 90-93 points
